MATURING STEAKS IN RESTAURANT KAYA

Soon our Guests will be able to try the unusual specialty - excellent maturing steaks. Restaurant Kaya has become one of the five Polish locales with the dry aging fridges. Steaks from the best Polish beef will be maturing for the next 28 days  during a special process involving Himalayan salt. A special steak menu will be available in mid-July.
